Attorney William Cane is the founder of Manhattan Makeovers, an image consulting firm that specializes in helping people improve their appearance. Author of a number of best-selling books on interpersonal communication, he is a former professor of English at Boston College and the John Jay College of Criminal Justice. Mr. Cane has appeared on more than a hundred radio and TV programs, including CBS This Morning, The View, and The Today Show. His books have been translated into nineteen languages. A widely sought after speaker on the college lecture circuit, Cane has spoken at hundreds of colleges throughout the U.S. and Canada. He was nominated Speaker of the Year in 2001 by the National Association for Campus Activities (NACA).
